Resourceful Refuge recognizes the importance of providing comprehensive, wrap-around support. As such, we encourage individuals to take advantage of our Group Home services, Group Day services, or a combination of both, based on their individualized needs and goals.
Residential Group Home Services:

Person-Centered Supports: Individualized services delivered according to each person’s support plan to promote choice, dignity, and independence

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assistance and training with personal care such as hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility

Instrumental Daily Living Skills (IADLs): Support with meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, budgeting basics, and transportation skills

Health and Medication Support: Medication assistance, health monitoring, medical appointment coordination, and wellness support

Skill Development: Ongoing training in self-advocacy, decision-making, communication, and independent living skills

Behavioral and Emotional Supports: Implementation of individualized strategies to support positive behavior and emotional regulation

Community Integration: Participation in community outings, recreational activities, and volunteer opportunities

Social Development: Support in building relationships, communication skills, and appropriate social interactions

Group Day Support Services:

Volunteer Opportunities: Participation in community service activities such as visits to skilled nursing facilities, food pantry support, community clean-up efforts, and other neighborhood-based services
